Try the Cendol, when in Malaysia

When the weather is so hot and humid, one of my favorite dessert when in Malaysia is Cendol ABC.  It's also popular in other parts of Southeast Asia.

Basic ingredients consist of shaved ice, coconut milk, starch noodles (made from rice flour and pandan leaf), and palm sugar.  From there the toppings are endless - I like red azuki beans, grass jelly, sweet corn and bits of fruits like lycee, rambutan, and red chinese dates.
