Colorful meals

These are what I had recently.

From left: Broccoli with carrots; Seared salmon with olives and white wine; Steamed young carrots; Green beans with shallots; Oyster mushrooms in balsamic vinegar; & Egg noodles with bak choy.

Cupcakes: Blueberry; Lemon; Carrot; and Red velvet.

A touch of dim-sum: Beef ribs; Yam balls; shrimp shu mai; Shrimp rice wrappers; and Rice noodles with veggies.
